Section 1

1 General Information & Definitions

The following terms used in this Agreement carry specific meanings:

• "betjb", "Platform", "we" or "us" refers to the betjb website and its associated services.
• "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who is registered on betjb or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to a personal gaming account registered in a member's name.
• "Wager" or "bet" refers to money placed for the purpose of participating in any sports betting or casino game.
• "Bonus funds" refers to promotional money provided by betjb that cannot be withdrawn before certain conditions are met.
• "Real funds" refers to money deposited by the member themselves.

This Agreement may be available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, betjb's administrative decision shall be considered final.

Section 2

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use betjb's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betjb's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be legally eligible to use these services and capable of placing bets of your own free will.
• You may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You must register under your own identity — registering on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification

betjb reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, we may request a copy of a national ID card or passport, as well as proof of address. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Section 3

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Compliance with the following guidelines is mandatory:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify betjb support immediately.
• All activity carried out from the account by the member will be considered the member's own.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• Membership benefits are for the registered individual only — playing on behalf of family or friends is not permitted.

3.1 Closing an Account

A member may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining real funds; however, bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

betjb currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits are generally processed promptly.

• Members must use a payment method registered in their own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• If your deposit does not appear, contact support immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• betjb may take additional time to verify any withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betjb offers a welcome bonus for new members — up to 100% of the first deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳8,000, for a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you have a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw winnings earned from the bonus after placing ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets.

• Once a bonus is activated, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
• Certain game restrictions may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus.
• Separate terms may apply to specific promotions — these will be published alongside the relevant offer.

5.3 VIP Program

betjb's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Cashback is automatically added to eligible members' accounts each week. betjb reserves the right to modify or cancel any VIP benefit.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets on betjb must be placed in accordance with the established rules. Compliance with the following general rules is mandatory:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a special cash-out option is active, in which case different rules apply.
• If a bet is placed abnormally due to a technical error, betjb reserves the right to cancel it.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds displayed in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• In casino games, the game software's own rules apply; betjb's decision is final.

6.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any bet or transaction, the member must contact support within 7 (seven) days. betjb will issue a decision following a proper investigation, and that decision shall be considered final.

Section 7

7 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Exploiting any technical error on the platform, or attempting to hack or manipulate it.
• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses or promotional benefits more than once.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Match-fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of an event by any dishonest means.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks against betjb.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward or threatening other members or staff.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.

Section 8

8 Responsible Gaming

betjb believes that entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to ensuring a healthy and safe gaming experience for our members. To that end, we offer the following options:

• The ability to temporarily pause your account for a set period of time.
• The ability to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A self-exclusion option for those experiencing problem gambling.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Member information is not sold or transferred to any third party.
• Information may need to be disclosed to authorities under legal obligations.
• Data may be analysed for the purpose of improving services and preventing fraud.

Section 10

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the betjb website — logos, images, text, software, graphics, and designs — is the intellectual property of betjb or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

No misleading activity may be carried out using betjb's trademarks, brand name, or logo. Members are granted limited access for their personal, non-commercial use.

Section 11

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, betjb will not be held responsible for the following:

• Loss of bets or service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from technical errors in third-party game provider software.
• Any losses caused by a member's own negligence or submission of incorrect information.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.).

Section 12

12 Changes & Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

betjb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

12.2 Account Cancellation

betjb may suspend or cancel any member's account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any condition of this agreement.
• Evidence of involvement in fraud, deception, or prohibited conduct.
• Evidence of a minor being present on the account or use of a false identity.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

In the event of cancellation, legitimate original funds will generally be returned; however, funds may be forfeited if prohibited conduct is proven. betjb's decision in this matter is final.

12.3 Applicable Law

Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiations between both parties. betjb is committed to operating a safe and fair platform.
